Very Brief Blog: Pennsyvania Passes Colorectal BIomarker Coverage State Law

Pennsylvania has passed a biomarker law, HB 1123, aligning CRC coverage with ACS aand NCCN guidelines.

Look for a gold star banner which I think is the final version of PN4076.  Fiscal notes show no fiscal impact on the state (because it affects private insurance not state budget insurance.)
