I don't make any great claims for this material, but in August I had the chance to give a 17 minute PowerPoint talk on CMS law and policy for screening tests. With the billions of dollars flowing into this domain (e.g. the valuation of GRAIL), it's a hot topic.
As I mentioned in an August 2020 blog, this type of material can be found in the GRAIL SEC IPO documents filed at the time.
